For 2026, we are offering a limited number of complimentary passes to both events for delegates who match key criteria.
For the EV & Charging Expo, qualified attendees are:
Fleet operators, municipalities, parcel and freight carriers, shippers, retailers, REITs and property developers who are actively managing or procuring charging infrastructure and/or electric vehicles.
Regulators who sit on Canadian federal, provincial and territorial boards and commissions.
Government or public agency officials and staff at the federal, provincial or municipal level who influence energy policy.
Utility executives (VP or C-Suite) or utility personnel who work on vehicle-grid integration (grid modernization and planning, EV managed charging and demand response, DER and V2G integration, fleet and charging infrastructure interconnection, rate design and customer programs, distribution system operations). *Employees in business divisions selling commercial charging services do not qualify for a free pass.

Please note that individuals must fit one of the above criteria to qualify. All free passes are subject to review and approval by the organizers of the EV & Charging Expo and kWh Summit. The organizers reserve the right to reject registration applications at any time for any reason.
